Your Dentist in Murphy Welcomes Patients to His New Blog!

The front of Woodcreek Dental.Woodcreek Family Dental prides itself on offering a multitude of dental services under one roof. Without the expertise of its staff and the technologies necessary to provide comprehensive treatment, we wouldn’t be able to call ourselves a family dentistry! However, your dentist in Murphy understands this, especially since he’s a family man himself who knows how difficult it can be to get everyone in the family scheduled for treatments.

In our welcome post, you’ll learn how we cater to patients of all ages, as well as meet both the dentists onsite!

The Services You Need All Under One Roof

When your entire family needs treatments performed, there’s no need to look further than a family-owned dentistry that’s just down the street from your neighborhood. By having both a general dentist and periodontist available in-house, we’re able to offer many services all in one location! This dramatically reduces the amount of referrals necessary for your family to receive care.

When you visit, you can take advantage of many forms of dentistry, including:

  • Preventive
  • Restorative
  • Cosmetic
  • Dental Implants
  • Periodontics
  • Orthodontics
  • TMJ/TMD Therapy
  • Emergency

Of course, it wouldn’t be fully comprehensive if we didn’t offer advanced technology to make your dental care experience as comfortable and thorough as possible. That’s why we also offer intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, digital impressions systems, and multiple forms of sedation for patients!

Meet Dr. Oliver S. Villaruel

With over 14 years of experience practicing dentistry, Dr. V is proud to be able to offer the community he’s grown up in for years. After moving from the Philippines to the Dallas area at a young age, he eventually began attending North Mesquite High School, followed by the University of Texas at Dallas where he focused on Molecular Biology. While attending the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, he specialized in restorative dentistry.

As a father of two sons, Noah and Nathan, he understands the importance of managing oral health starting from a young age. Him and his wife Christine have been married for 12 years and he loves spending time with the family at White Rock Lake. Next time you see him, feel free to strike up a conversation about sports, as he considers himself quite the enthusiast.

Meet Dr. Christine H. Foley

Dr. Foley has over 25 years of experience working in dentistry. After working as a hygienist, she chose to go back to school to earn her DDS degree from the Baylor College of Dentistry in 2005. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Oral Biology and specialty certificate in Periodontics three years later. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, she’s more than capable of handling periodontal issues that may appear. She’s also an expert in pediatrics, so your children will likely see her for their dental needs.

Coincidentally, she’s also been married for 12 years and has two boys of her own! You can catch her reading her favorite book at the Wylie library, playing in the park with her family, or spending time at her local church.
